Montana Silversmiths pared down the available items in their Branded Dinnerware series, retiring things like the Stew Bowls, the Completer Set, the Large Serving Bowl, Java Mug Set, and the Branded Flatware. We had a surprise visit from a nice couple of couples visiting our area from Syracuse, NY this mornng. Mr. & Patty Palmanteer and their friends Mr. & Linda Bollman came by the office and bought a nice assortment of the CGS Crow Canyon Home Burgundy on Cream Enamelware and even a couple of Bearfoots Bears to use in their campers while they stay here in Forest City, NC. We had a very nice visit and made some new friends while they wondered around the warehouse spotting goodies they just couldn’t live without. The Kolorful Kitchen continues to receive emails from AOL users complaining about not being able to shop our website and constantly getting kicked back to the log-in page. We are actively seeking a resolution for this issue that originates from AOL consistantly changing the IP address of their users in a attempt to increase their security. For now, the best resolution is not use the AOL Browser at all and use the Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser that is supplied with your computers operating system. Otherwise, you can shop online with us from a different computer that does use AOL for Internet access. “About 1 out of 100 AOL users that shop our website are experiencing this issue and that works out to about 1 per day” says Dale Freeman, President of the Kolorful Kitchen & Home Decor. “We are very sorry that our highly valued customers have to deal with this problem at all”. The launch of our new website www.kolorfulkitchen.com went without a hitch this morning between the hours of 10am to 11am EST. Looks like everything from our enamelware to our Bearfoots products have made it and are looking good on our new and improved website here at the Kolorful Kitchen & Home Decor. We have improved our photos, text, speed, and most of all our shipping modules to better serve our great customers. Most of you will not see much change except in the new FedEx shipping prices (which are now much more accurate), but the few customers that have been experiencing navigational issues should see a major improvement. We have also added a new graniteware link to our home page for easier shopping in our black, white, and blue graniteware section. And probably most noticeable is the new revolving photos of the Crow Canyon Home and CGS splatterware products on our home page. It shows just how beautiful a table can be set using our spatterware and enamelware products.
